Welcome. The Property REGENERATION Group was created in 1988 when it acquired Union House, a Grade II listed building in Victoria Street, Liverpool. This fine building is now destined to become 'The Alexander Hotel', a quality five star boutique hotel.

Initially focussing on renovating some of Liverpool's finest architectural treasures, the Property REGENERATION Group expanded the company interests into the creation of new residential complexes.

Now having completed 9 major developments, there are a further 6 schemes on site or awaiting planning permission.

The Group have invested in excess of £30 million in Liverpool's regeneration to date. And the new projects for 2008 and beyond will increase Property REGENERATION Group's investment significantly by another £75 million to a total of over £100 million.
